How long does it normally take to complete a transaction?

The time it takes to complete a transaction depends on various factors, including how quickly the buyer submits payment and how long it takes for the buyer and seller to send in the transfer paperwork to the Ticket Office. On average it takes about 2 weeks to complete a transaction from the time the seller accepts the buyer’s offer to the time we send payment to the seller.

Why does each offer expire after 48 hours?

The seller has 48 hours to act on an offer before it expires. This is done for two main reasons:

To make sure all listings on the site are active attempts to sell- if the seller has multiple expired offers in a row, the listing will be removed from the site.
To get buyers a quick response to their offer.

What time zone is used to determine the expiration time for an offer?

Eastern Time Zone.

For Sellers What if I want to split up my PSLs or Wait List Positions for sale?

Wait List Positions cannot be split up for sale. If you wish to split up your PSLs for sale, you should create separate listings and make a note within each listing that the adjacent seats are available in Listing #XXXX.

How can I contact a buyer?

All negotiations are private and anonymous. The buyer and seller will not know each other’s contact information until the buyer has submitted payment. If you'd like to send a message to a buyer, please send us an email and we will forward it to the buyer on your behalf.

For Buyers What happens if the transfer is not completed?

As stated in the BuyerSecure Guarantee, if your transfer is not completed, you will receive a refund check for the total amount you paid including the Ravens Seat License Marketplace Transaction Fee- BuyerSecure Guarantee

What if I want to submit an offer on only some of the PSLs or Wait List Positions in a listing?

Wait List Positions cannot be split up for sale. If the seller wishes to split up their PSLs for sale, we tell them to create separate listings and make a note within each listing that the adjacent seats are available in Listing #XXXX.

How can I contact a seller about their Ravens PSLs for sale?
