Any offer accepted before November 1 will automatically include the buyer getting the rights to purchase any playoff tickets directly from the Ticket Office.
Payments Towards Tickets
After an offer is accepted, we will confirm with the Ticket Office whether the seller has made any payments towards the tickets. If Yes, then we will get agreement between the buyer and seller regarding reimbursement and exchange of tickets. If No, then the buyer will purchase the season tickets directly from the Ticket Office. The season ticket cost can be found on the Permanent Seat License Info page.
Information Regarding Sale of Tickets
Any notes in the listing regarding the ticket part of the transaction are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding. After an offer is accepted, we will get agreement between the buyer and seller regarding the terms of sale for the tickets, and at that time, the terms of sale for the tickets are legally binding. The price of the listing is ONLY for the Permanent Seat License and does not include the price of any tickets.
Parking Passes are NOT transferable, but the seller can sell the current season parking pass to the buyer if the seller has already purchased and received the parking pass from the Ticket Office. The buyer and seller will only be allowed to purchase parking for future seasons if they meet they eligibility criteria described on the Permanent Seat License Info page.
