What is a Baltimore Ravens PSL (Permanent Seat License)?
Permanent Seat Licenses (PSLs) were sold to Baltimore Ravens fans when the team moved to Baltimore. The funds raised were directly related to the costs incurred during the move, including corporate, personnel, and team relocation expenses, NFL league fees associated with the move, and upgrades to the existing facilities.
Permanent Seat Licenses give the owner the exclusive rights to purchase Baltimore Ravens season tickets for their seats at M&T Bank Stadium. As long as the owner of the PSLs purchases the season tickets each year, the PSLs are good for as long as the Ravens play at M&T Bank Stadium.
PSL Owners receive the following additional benefits:
- Exclusive rights to purchase playoff tickets for your seats
- Pre-sale opportunity to purchase individual game tickets
- Preferred status when purchasing tickets for other events at M&T Bank Stadium
- Entry into a lottery to purchase Super Bowl tickets if the Ravens participate
- Ability to transfer your seats to whomever you choose
2009 Season Ticket Cost & Seating Areas
Permanent Seat Licenses are required for all seats at M&T Bank Stadium. The following is a breakdown of the season ticket cost (per seat) for each seating area. The total season ticket cost is based on 10 games.

Transfer Period
Transfers using the Baltimore Ravens Marketplace are accepted Year Round. The Baltimore Ravens have also waived the one transfer per year rule for all transfers using the Baltimore Ravens Marketplace - this allows you to buy and sell as often as you like using the Baltimore Ravens Marketplace.
Transfer Process
During your transaction, we will provide you with the Transfer Form that you must complete and submit to the Ticket Office. Click on the Sellers and Buyers links in The Process area of the website to read more about the transaction process using the Baltimore Ravens Marketplace.
Parking Pass
Parking passes are NOT transferable, but the seller can sell the current season parking pass to the buyer if the seller has already purchased and received the parking pass from the Ticket Office. You will be eligible to purchase a parking pass for future seasons only if you meet the criteria described below.
Based on availability, 1 parking pass is available if you own:
- 2 Club Level I Midfield PSLs
- 4 Club Level II Sideline PSLs
- 4 Club Level III Corner PSLs
- 4 Club Level IV End Zone PSLs
